How to use Merge PDFs

Combine several PDFs into one downloadable document by copying their pages in the order shown in the file list.

  1. Choose 2–10 PDF files, each up to 25 MB.
  2. Review the displayed file order before merging; reset and reselect if the order is not what you intended.
  3. Merge, download the combined PDF, and check its page sequence.

Worked example

Place a two-page cover document before a three-page report to create one five-page PDF with the cover first.

Limits and things to check

Encrypted or damaged documents can fail. Document-level features such as signatures, bookmarks, and interactive forms may not survive page copying as expected. Large files require browser memory; retain the originals.

Does merging compress my PDFs?

No. Merging copies pages into one file and does not aim to reduce their size. Use PDF compression separately if image-based output is acceptable.

Processing and privacy
