Privacy policy
This policy explains what information OneClickWorks processes when you use this website, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the OneClickWorks website and its browser-based tools. It does not govern third-party websites, services, or advertisements that may be linked from or displayed on the site.
2. Tool inputs and local processing
Tools labelled as private or locally processed operate within your browser. OneClickWorks does not receive or store the files, text, passwords, cryptographic keys, tokens, or other content you enter into those tools. Inputs and generated download links are normally removed from browser memory when you reset or leave the page.
Please do not submit confidential information through a feature unless you understand how that feature works. If a future tool requires an upload or external service, it will be clearly disclosed before use.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. We use this information to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
4. Browser storage
OneClickWorks uses your browser's local storage to remember up to three recently used tool identifiers. This history stays on your device and can be removed by clearing this site's browser data. We do not place tool input or output in this recent-tools history.
Cookies or similar storage may also be used to remember privacy and advertising choices, maintain security, and support advertising as described below.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
OneClickWorks may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, page URLs, device information, and ad interaction data to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure ads; detect fraud and abuse; and improve their services.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services in Google's privacy information for partner sites. You can also manage Google ad personalization in Google's Ads Settings.
Where required by law, we will request the necessary consent before enabling advertising storage or personalized ads. Consent controls will let you review or change your choices. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads; contextual or limited ads may still be shown where permitted.
6. When information may be shared
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:
- to hosting, security, advertising, and other service providers that help operate the site;
- to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request;
- to protect users, the public, OneClickWorks, or the integrity of the service; or
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the website, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell the content you enter into locally processed tools.
7. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, performance of a service you request, or compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
8. Retention and international processing
Locally processed tool content is not retained by OneClickWorks. Technical logs and messages you send us are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, operations, and legal obligations. Providers such as Google may process information in countries other than your own under their own policies and applicable transfer safeguards.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. You can also clear local storage and cookies through your browser and adjust advertising choices through the consent controls or Google Ads Settings.
To make a privacy request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required by law.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the site and information we handle. No internet service or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
11. Children's privacy
OneClickWorks is a general-audience service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child through the tools. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its removal.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new last-updated date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site.
