1. The service

OneClickWorks provides general-purpose browser utilities for files, text, code, images, calculations, conversions, and related tasks. The available tools and features may change over time. Most tools operate locally in your browser; any different processing method will be identified before use.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. You are responsible for your activity and for complying with applicable law. You must not:

• use the site to violate law or another person's rights;
• upload, process, or distribute content you do not have permission to use;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its supporting systems;
• introduce malicious code or use automated access in a way that harms the service or other users; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with OneClickWorks or use the service to facilitate fraud or abuse.

3. Your content and files

You retain your rights in content you process. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content. For locally processed tools, OneClickWorks does not receive ownership of or access to your tool input merely because you use the tool.

Keep an independent backup of important files. Browser limits, device resources, unsupported formats, or unexpected errors can cause an operation to fail or produce an unusable result.

4. Important tool limitations

Tool output is provided for general information and convenience. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice. Calculations and conversions may involve rounding or assumptions. Security tools do not guarantee that a password, token, certificate, signature, or encrypted output is safe, authentic, or suitable for production use. Always independently review results that matter.

5. Intellectual property

The OneClickWorks site, branding, design, text, and software are owned by or licensed to OneClickWorks and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the site for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the service or its content.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The site may display advertising, including Google AdSense ads, and may link to third-party websites or services. Third parties are responsible for their content, products, data practices, and terms. OneClickWorks does not control or endorse them merely because an ad or link appears on the site. Your dealings with an advertiser or third party are between you and that party.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, or file.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or security. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneClickWorks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the twelve months before the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Governing rules and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally.

11. Changes and severability

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Updated terms take effect when posted with a revised date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
